Pricing information is not a quote

This site publishes real cost ranges because vague answers waste everyone’s time. Those ranges reflect work we have performed in metro Phoenix and they are given in good faith.

They are not offers, and they are not binding on either of us. Actual pricing depends on site conditions, scope, selections, jurisdiction and the things nobody can see until a wall is open. A price becomes real when it appears in a written, line-item estimate issued to you for your property. Nothing on this website creates a contract.

Project examples

Projects shown in our gallery are labeled as representative scopes — anonymized composites drawn from the kind of work we do, published so you can compare your own project to a realistic budget and schedule. They are not case studies of specific named clients, and the page says so plainly. Where a real client project is published with their permission it will be identified as such.

No professional advice

Our articles explain how construction works in plain language. They are general information about building practice, not engineering, legal, tax, insurance or investment advice for your specific situation. Code requirements and permit rules differ by jurisdiction and change over time — always confirm with your city or county, or ask us to confirm for your address before you spend money on design.

Licensing

Bleuwave Construction Services LLC performs work only where properly licensed. Our current Arizona Registrar of Contractors license number is available on request and on every written estimate. We encourage you to verify it, and to verify every other contractor you interview.

Your submissions

When you send us project details through a form, you confirm that the information is accurate to your knowledge and that you have the right to share it — including the right to request work at the property you describe. Do not send us confidential information belonging to someone else.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, illustrations and design of this site belong to Bleuwave Construction Services LLC. You are welcome to link to it, quote a passage with attribution, or print a page for your own use. Republishing our written content as your own is not permitted, and it is also easy to detect.

Third-party links

Where we link to a municipal permitting department, a licensing registry or a manufacturer, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or accuracy.

Availability and accuracy

We keep this site accurate and current, and we will still occasionally be wrong — a price shifts, a rule changes, a typo survives review. The site is provided as-is, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. Where the law allows, our liability arising from use of this website is limited to what you paid to use it, which is nothing.

This limitation applies to the website. It has nothing to do with our obligations on work we actually perform for you — those are governed by your signed agreement and our written workmanship warranty, and we stand behind them.

Disputes

Call us first. Most disputes are a communication failure that a site walk resolves in twenty minutes. If that does not work, the agreement for your project sets out the resolution process, and Arizona licensed contractors are additionally subject to the Registrar of Contractors complaint process. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and the version in effect when you submitted a request is the one that applies to that request.
