What we do not do

A contractor's exclusions tell you more than their service list. Here are ours.

Projects above $100,000
Past that number a contractor has to start farming work out, and you lose the single accountable party you were paying for. We will tell you in the first conversation and point you elsewhere where we can.
Specialized licensed systems
Major HVAC replacement, elevators, fire suppression and life-safety systems belong to specialists. We coordinate them, we meet them on site, and we do not bill you for supervising work we cannot perform.
Hazardous material abatement
Asbestos and lead abatement are legally required to be handled by certified firms. In pre-1985 homes we test, tell you what we find, and bring in the right company.
Work outside the Valley
A crew that drives ninety minutes each way arrives late and leaves early. Staying inside metro Phoenix is what makes daily presence possible, and daily presence is the whole product.
