Privacy policy

This policy explains how Bleuwave Construction Services LLC (“we”) handles information collected through https://www.bleuwaveconstruction.com. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible, so if anything here is unclear, ask us and we will say it another way.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an estimate request or contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details you choose to share about your property and project. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp — which exist to keep the site running and to detect abuse of our forms. We apply a short-term rate limit to form submissions using your IP address for that purpose.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, bank details, card numbers, or government identification through this website. If a page ever appears to ask you for any of those, it is not ours — close it and call us.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run cross-site tracking. If we later add privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful, this section will be updated before it goes live, and it will not involve selling or sharing your data with advertising networks.
How we use your information

- To schedule and perform work you have hired us for
- To respond to your questions
- To keep records we are required to keep as a licensed contractor
- To protect the site and our forms from abuse
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not trade it for leads, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked us for a price.
Who we share it with
Only where it is necessary to do the work or to run the site:
- Our email provider, which transmits form submissions to our inbox
- Our hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps server logs
- Permitting authorities, where a permit application requires property and owner information
- Licensed specialists on your project, limited to what they need to perform their scope
- Anyone we are legally required to disclose to, such as in response to a valid legal demand
How long we keep it
Estimate requests that do not become projects are kept for about two years, because clients frequently come back later and it is easier for everyone if we still have the notes. Records relating to work we performed are kept longer, as our warranty obligations, insurance requirements and Arizona contracting records rules require.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email build@bleuwaveconstruction.com and we will respond. Where we are required to retain something — a permit record, a signed agreement, a warranty file — we will tell you what we are keeping and why rather than quietly declining.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfect, so we keep what we collect deliberately minimal: the most reliable way to protect information is not to hold it.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging construction work and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date above and revise the text. We will not make a change retroactive to information you already gave us under a different policy.
