The Way We Work
It means our own crew performs the core scopes on your project — demolition, framing, drywall, tile, carpentry, flooring, paint, finish work, and the routine plumbing and electrical that goes with them. We are not a coordinator hiring other companies and adding a margin. The people who walk your property during the estimate are the people on site during the work, and they are still there at punch-out.

Three questions worth asking every contractor
- 01Which portions of this project do your own employees perform, and which are subcontracted?
- 02What is most likely to go wrong here, and what happens to my price if it does?
- 03Who exactly will be on site on day eleven, and will it be the same people as day one?
Next step
Two questions every owner asks. We answer both in writing.
What will it cost, and when will you be done? Send us the scope and you will have a line-item estimate and an honest schedule — including the parts we do not control.
- Veteran owned and operated
- Written line-item estimate
- A schedule you can hold us to
- Licensed, bonded and insured
No pressure, no financing pitch, no three-hour presentation.
A walk-through takes about forty minutes. You get honest opinions, including which upgrades we think are not worth your money.
